Signature Coaching Programs

We are here to help you navigate the unprecedented times in which we live.  Our coaching programs are rooted in coaching psychology, mindfulness, leadership research, and creative process.

All programs are conducted via Zoom.  Your program materials, logistics, and schedules are organized and easily accessed within the Women Connected Portal where you can schedule sessions and track your progress. 

Integral Coaching

Our most emergent path allows for the greatest expansion and personal depth as you work with Terri to co-design a program for your specific goals.  You decide the focus and the outcomes you want for your program.  Terri provides tools and resources all-the-while holding space for your coaching vision throughout the program.

Right Weight, Right Mind

Beyond diet and exercise – an inner path to lasting change.  This program helps you identify the underlying beliefs you hold about your weight and body image, and how those beliefs sabotage your feelings of self-worth. Incorporating principles of positive psychology and the works of Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey (Immunity to Change) and Lucia Capacchione.

Included in this program:

  • An Immunity to Change mapping session

  • Experiments (designing and running)
  • Running and analyzing experiments

Career Compass

Whether you are early, mid, or late stage in your career, this program puts your career in your hands by increasing awareness of and learning to trust your natural abilities to guide you to your next adventure.  You’ll take an inside-out and holistic approach to career and life planning, focusing on the contribution(s) you wish to make in the world.

Some of the modules included in this program include:

  • Exercise:  From Here to There (see your personal context and identify the catalysts for change in your life)

Leadership Agility

A recent survey found that executives now see leadership agility as “by far the most important characteristic leaders must have” in today’s VUCA environment. Research also shows that the great majority of today’s leaders don’t have the agility they need to avoid burnout and enjoy sustained success. This coaching program includes the Leadership Agility 360 and development planner.​

Pleasing is a cultural phenomenon impacting women and men. An often unconscious pattern that includes rescuing, jumping in, over-doing, doing for others what they can and should do for themselves and co-dependency.  This pattern can lead to emotional labor, overwhelm, and even burnout.
